Field Marshal Duty is Required of All Teams Playing in Arlington Soccer

Each team could have duty 2-3 times a season.
Check in with the Board Member on Duty (BMOD) at the green barn.
The shift is for 2 hours. You may have 1 person do the 1st hour and another person do the 2nd hour.
Field Marshals are the BMOD’s eyes and ears
Duties you may be responsible for:

You are a representative of the league and association while on duty.
You will be assigned an area that you will be monitoring
You will have a radio so that you will be able to contact the board member in case of injury or any other issues regarding the fields you are monitoring
Don’t put yourself in the middle of something that makes you uncomfortable.
Notify BMOD or Referee Assignor if a game does not have a full referee crew.
Remind teams and parents to pick up trash on sidelines. Teams will be fined.
Keep moving and make yourself visible.

Contact BMOD if an injured player needs assistance returning to their car.
