Required Forms to Register


1. Fall 2017 NTSSA Official Roster
    (Signed & Dated by Registrar & Coach)
 

2. Spring 2018 NTSSA Official Roster - Mandatory
    (Signed & Dated by Registrar & Coach) for spring registration only
   

  • Photos Required:

All players are required to be in data base in order to participate. 

Registration will not be accepted without player's, coaches' & manager photos.​ 

Rosters are to be uploaded to the API Event under Documents 

Required by All Competitive Teams

Competitive Teams are required to have a Current Photo of every
 player in
their GotSoccer player list

          ·  Photo - Head Shot Only (Not a Body Shot)

·  Action Shots will NOT be accepted

·  Registration will not be considered complete without  player photos

·  Photo must be "Current" and "Clear"

·  No Hats or Sunglasses 
(this includes coach & manager)

 


 

ROSTER CHANGES/ ADDING A PLAYER

Roster changes must be submitted to API, through its office,by 6:00PM Thursday for a Saturday or Sunday game, and by 12:00PM on the preceding business day for a weeknight game. (Example: for a 6:30PM Monday game, a complete and accurate roster change must be submitted by 12:00PM the previous Friday.)

Procedure: 
1. Copy of Official Updated Roster signed by registrar
Roster needs to be uploaded to the team account under the API League event than documents only NO FAXES or EMAILS will be accepted.

** Rosters changes submitted after 6:00PM on Thursday will not be included until the following Monday.
Therefore, any New Players added after 6:00PM will not be allowed for that weekend’s play. Send an email to registrar@arlingtonsoccer.org or call office  so that we are aware you have added a player.

NO EXCEPTIONS!


Policies

Please make sure you read your registration policies very carefully.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR LEAGUE

Payment and refund policy: Teams registering will be charged an additional $5 administrative fee.  The administrative fee is non-refundable. 

It is understood a team may withdraw from the Arlington Invitational Premier League up until the deadline for registration. 
Once the deadline has passed, a team withdrawing will not receive a refund of their league fee.

After schedule is posted there will be NO refunds . Any division change from team will be a $50 fee if approved by the league.

ARLINGTON PREMIERE INVITATIONAL LEAGUE MEETIMG

Below is the meeting packet that was given out at the Fall 2015 meeting. For those that could not make it please read over the packet very carefully as it is your responsibility to have the all the information needed for your team.

VERY IMPORTANT
We are using Virtual ID cards this year so at least 3 to 4 People need to have the Got Soccer app on their phones, along with the user name and password for your team so that someone is there to be able to check in the team. If a player is late to the game he will need to be approved by the field coordinator so remind all players to be on time.

All players need to be on time and lined up in numerical order as the game sheet will now be in jersey # order.
 


API League Important Dates

  • Teams will NOT be accepted into the league until all player information has been entered.
    This includes the official 
    roster signed by your registrar deadline August 18 2017
    If you miss the deadline you will not be put on the schedule
  • Remember current player head shots and jersey numbers
    are also due by the deadline August 18 2017
  • Teams not in Classic League QT should register early 
  • Conflict Dates (thru December 17 2017) Deadline August 9 2017
  • Team Coach/Manager's Meeting August 22 2017    
  • Season Start Date: U11-U19 August 26 2017
