Required Forms to Register
- Fall 2023 NTSSA Official Roster (Signed & Dated by Registrar & Coach)
- Current Photos Required (Must be current & clear)
- All players are required to be in data base in order to participate.
Registration will not be accepted without player, coach & manager photos.
Required by All Competitive Teams
Competitive Teams are required to have a Current Photo of every player in their GotSport player list.
- Head Shot Only
- No Action Shots
- No Body Shots
- No Profile Shots
- No Sunglasses
- No Hats
All photos must be "Current" and "Clear"
(A tool in GotSport can detect if photo is not current)
Registration will not be considered complete without Player, Coach & Manager photos.
ROSTER CHANGES/ ADDING A PLAYER
Roster changes must be submitted to API, through its office, by 6:00PM Thursday for a Saturday or Sunday game, and by 12:00PM on the preceding business day for a weeknight game. (Example: for a 6:30PM Monday game, a complete and accurate roster change must be submitted by 12:00PM the previous Friday.)
** Rosters changes submitted after 6:00PM on Thursday will NOT be updated until the following Monday. Therefore, any New Players added after 6:00PM will not be allowed for that weekend’s play. Send an email to registrar@arlingtonsoccer.org or call office so that we are aware you have added a player**

API League Event to Notify Veronica your roster
is ready to be verified.
STEP 5: API League will "Clone" your Roster
No more uploading rosters!

Policies
Please make sure you read your registration policies very carefully.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR LEAGUE
Payment and refund policy: Teams registering will be charged an additional $5 administrative fee, which is non-refundable.
It is understood a team may withdraw from the Arlington Invitational Premier League up until the deadline for registration. Once the deadline has passed, a team withdrawing will not receive a refund of their league fee.
After schedule is posted there will be NO refunds . Any division change from team will be a $50 fee if approved by the league. This is referring to initial registration for fall
ARLINGTON PREMIER INVITATIONAL LEAGUE VIRTUAL ID
VERY IMPORTANT
We are using Virtual ID cards so at least 3 to 4 People need to have the Got Soccer app on their phones, along with the user name and password for your team so that someone is there to be able to check in the team. If a player is late to the game he will need to be approved by the field coordinator so remind all players to be on time.

API League Important Dates
Registration Deadline January 5th
Roster deadline is January 12 2024. Must be signed by your registrar. Teams will NOT be accepted into the league until all player information has been entered.
If you miss the deadline you will not be put on the schedule
All coaches, managers, and players need current pictures and player's jersey numbers are due by the official roster deadline.
