~~GAME TIME INFORMATION
Prior to the beginning of the game each team pays for half of the referee fee and pays for one of the assistant referee-(if applicable).
Each team will need to bring cash per game that is appropriate for their age group; be sure you bring bills that can be divided correctly between the referee and one linesman. (Note: Referees/Concession Stand do not make change)

No Referee Fee – No Game.

PAYMENT OF REFEREES 
For 7U/8U
Middle Only : Each team $18.00
For 9U/10U
Middle: Each Team $18.00
Asst. Referee: Each team $24.00

A team that forfeits a game is responsible for paying the Full Referee Fee that applies to their age group for that game. Fee must be paid before team is eligible to play their next scheduled game.

FLAGS ARE PROVIDED AT THE FIELDS

API & ACADEMY FORFEIT/FINE POLICY

Effective immediately any Academy or API team that owes any type of forfeit fee or fine to the league must pay the money owed before their next scheduled game unless the next game is within a 72 hour period of the establishment of the fee/fine.  Teams owing will have to forfeit all games until the fee/fine is paid.   Games will be forfeited 72 hours prior to game time.   

The academy league PRINTS GAME CARDS. TEAMS no longer have to print them.

WE WILL BE USING VIRTUAL CARDS                           

MAKE SURE All players/coaches/managers have A current picture in order to participate, NO EXCEPTION.

Deadline to add players 6pm THURSDAY FOR WEEKEND GAMES. WEEKNIGHT GAMES IS 6pm THE WEEKDAY BEFORE THE GAME. Players will not be added for the  game after that time. TEAMS MUST NOTIFY THE OFFICE OF CHANGES FOR PLAYERS TO BE ADDED TO GAME DAY ROSTER.

Make sure more than one person on team knows how to access, in case manager or coach is late to game.

Have virtual IDS ready to go for check in.

This will also be necessary for late player check in. Coordinator at the barn will expect for you to have virtual ids pulled up to verify your late player.
