ROSTER CHANGES/ ADDING A PLAYER

Roster changes must be submitted to API, through its office,by 6:00PM Thursday for a Saturday or Sunday game, and by 12:00PM on the preceding business day for a weeknight game. (Example: for a 6:30PM Monday game, a complete and accurate roster change must be submitted by 12:00PM the previous Friday.)

Procedure: 
1. Copy of Official Updated Roster signed by registrar
Roster needs to be uploaded to the team account under the API League event then documents. NO FAXES or EMAILS will be accepted.

** Rosters changes submitted after 6:00PM on Thursday will not be included until the following Monday.
Therefore, any New Players added after 6:00PM will not be allowed for that weekend’s play. Send an email to registrar@arlingtonsoccer.org or call office  so that we are aware you have added a player.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
