Team managers will receive emails with instructions. Teams & players that already have profiles in ScoutingZone, only need to make sure they are updated.

 VERY IMPORTANT PLAYERS MUST BE ACTIVE IN THEIR SCHOOL SEARCH AND WHICH SCHOOLS THEY ARE INTERESTED IN ATTENDING AND THEN THEY NEED TO CONTACT THOSE COLLEGE COACHES AND INVITE THEM OUT TO THEIR GAMES. INTEREST SHOWN NOW AND UP UNTIL THE SHOWCASE WILL CONFIRM YOUR INTEREST IN THE SCHOOL AND THE COACHES WILL MORE LIKELY COME OUT TO SEE YOU PLAY.

ASA College Showcase HOST HOTEL INFORMATION

For assistance with hotel accommodations, please contact our hotel coordinator Babette Haddox at 704-677-0908 or email  babette@eventconnections.net. The teams are required to stay at the  tournament hotels. Hotel availability will be very limited  and hotels are expected to sell out. We recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We are pleased to have Victory Health Solutions,LLC doing trainer duty and providing first aid for our tournament. Trainers will be located at the complexes and be ready to assist the kids with any injuries, as well as provide "taping" and other support to the teams.
