Update Roster Procedures

Instead of calling or emailing  to notify registrar about changes to your roster, use the

Changes to Roster: (Procedure)
Revised Rosters need to be updated with Arlington Premier Invitational

1. Changes to your Official Roster are done through your Home Association
2. Registrar will approve changes and generate a new roster with updates .  Be sure to use the Notify button to alert registrar to update.  You may still email Veronica at registrar@arlingtonsoccer.org if you prefer.

 

  • Game Cards are generated from your Arlington Premiere Invitational GotSport Event Roster. It is the team’s responsibility to make sure the Event Roster is current and will match the game card roster so that all rostered players are allowed to play

It is very important you keep all changes updated with the League.

  • Coach Change
  • Adding Asst. Coach
  • Manager Change
  • Adding New Players
  • Deleting Players
  • Jersey # Change
  • Team Name Change


PROCEDURE TO UPDATE ROSTER: 

  Once your roster is created by your registrar you will click on the Notify Button in your  API League Event to Notify Veronica your roster is ready to be verified.
API League will "Clone" your Roster! No more uploading rosters!
Roster changes must be submitted to API, through its office, by 6:00PM Thursday for a Saturday or Sunday game, and by 12:00PM on the preceding business day for a weeknight game. (Example: for a 6:30PM Monday game, a complete and accurate roster change must be submitted by 12:00PM the previous Friday.)

NO EXCEPTIONS!!  ​​

  • This includes Jersey #s, The Jersey # on the Game Card must match the jersey # that the player is wearing
