Policy "Virtual ID Cards"

Virtual ID Cards are a required for our Recreational League and
the Arlington Invitational Premier League.
You will need to have your Virtual ID Cards ready to view
on your smart phone for the referees to check-in the team
before each game. Have players line up in alphabetical order by last name

Open up a  “Browser Window” on your “Smart Phone”

Login to your “GotSport Team Account”

Click on “Team Management”

Go to “Teams” 
> Click on your “Team”

> Click on “Rosters”

Select the “Event Roster” from the drop-down box > Click on the event you are playing in,  Click “Search”

Click on “Documents & ID Cards”

Scroll down Click on “Green VID Button”

This brings up your “Team Roster”  

With your finger click on “1st Name on the list”

You now will “Swipe” each “Player’s VID Card” from “Right” to “Left”

PLAYERS THAT ARE LATE TO A GAME MUST CHECK IN WITH A FIELD COORDINATOR. GO TO THE BARN  BY THE PAVILION

MANAGER /COACH MUST BRING THEIR PHONE TO SHOW THE VIRTUAL ID CARD AND GET APPROVAL FROM THE FIELD COORDINATOR.
